Pilatus Customer Service app for iPhone and iPad

The Pilatus Aircraft Ltd Customer Support App provides information and support functionalities for Pilatus PC-24, PC-12 and PC-6 aircraft customers.

The map overview shows the worldwide PC-24 and PC-12 Service Network and provides information and contact details about every Service Center including instant communication access via phone or email. All AOG numbers can be called directly.

With enabled localization mode, the closest Service Center appears including distance, address, ICAO airport code and all contact information.

Service Centers can be set as favorites in the app and easily saved as contacts on your mobile device.

The Pilatus customer support contact details are shown. A contact form is provided to send a message to the dedicated representative.

A publication overview shows the Documentation Status Lists for PC-24, PC-12 and PC-6, initial pages of each Service Bulletin, complete Service Letters as well as some manuals.
